What is Tantra?

Tantra is a way of life, in Tantra we learn to create balance with everything that surrounds us.

Tantra teach us to seek the spiritual from the material originating in our body, vibrating in harmony with the entire universe. 

Our body is the beginning,

Creating harmony within ourselves we learn to accept and love ourselves as we are, we learn that every living being is beautiful and we accept beauty in ourselves. We learn to use all the senses to create this balance with nature, through hearing, smelling, sight and taste, the more connected with our senses, the more connected with our emotions.

Feminine energy is where the emotions of harmony and mercy begin.

In a Tantra therapy we work with breathing exercises to create energetic balance in our body. We focus on finding beauty in ourselves, accepting that we are beautiful beings full of strength, eliminating false stereotypes of beauty.

We meditate in rest or movement, By combining the universal energy with the life energy in our bodies laying on hands on the energetic centers we unblock any emotional blockage in the body.

Tantric Touch is a technique where we combine energy therapy with touch to the skin, sealing with very soft strokes between the energy centers at the same time that we awaken the sensations that are sometimes dormant within us.

In Tantra it is important to give importance to the body and its emotions, Tantra is also known as the philosophy of passion.

People who did not receive enough nurturing touch in childhood are not naturally open and appreciative of touch. Yet they need touch for their physical and emotional health.

A loving touch is calming and healing for both the giver and the receiver. Touch can be the most powerful and efficient approach to opening your heart, both when you give and when you receive it.
